The Psychology of Recovering from Injuries in Jiu-jitsu

Jiujitsu injuries can be a pain! In addition to actually dealing with the injury itself, the psychological aspects of recovery can often complicate things. Too often, jiu-jitsu practitioners quit because of the problems associated with injuries.
